To provide mental health care, support, and guidance to individuals, couples, or groups. The primary goal is to help people understand and manage their emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
Addiction treatment should be individualized to each person’s personality, personal needs and circumstances. I am working side by side with my clients to explore and build up awareness and understanding around what is keeping them stuck and what could be new ways of comfortable experiencing life.
Over the past 10 years in the UK I have been working in the Mental Health field with various age groups at different levels of intensities in hospitals across London. Recently, in the last 5 years, I have focused only on addiction services and have worked as an Addiction Counsellor for a private rehab in Central London as well as for a private clinic in Richmond.
Due to limited spaces and job commitments, I am currently only offering online sessions on platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. I am also able to offer the sessions over the telephone.
